Downloading and Installing the barudak4d App
We offer the barudak4d app through our website's download page. Since the app sits outside the Google Play Store, your Android device will ask for permission to install from "Unknown sources." This is a standard security prompt—it simply means the app isn't hosted on Google's infrastructure. We handle installation verification ourselves, so once you tap "Install," Android checks the file signature against our server before running the app.
The download file is about 45 MB. After installation completes, the app icon appears on your home screen. Tap it to launch the app. On first load, the app syncs with our backend servers, which takes 2–3 seconds. You'll then see the login screen, where you enter your username and password (the same credentials you use on our website, if you've already registered there).
First-time installers: allow storage permissions
Android will ask permission to access local storage so the app can cache game graphics. This speeds up load times after the first session.
Navigating the App: Games and Markets
Once logged in, you see the app's main menu. The interface is organized into three main areas: Sports (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Premier League, Champions League, MotoGP, and badminton); Live Dealer (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and multi-camera studios); and Slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways). E-wallet transfers usually complete within seconds. For mobile banking, you scan a QR code the app displays, then approve the payment in your banking app.
For bank virtual accounts, you enter the amount you wish to deposit, and the app generates a unique virtual account number tied to your barudak4d profile. You then use your bank's mobile app (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking) to transfer funds to that virtual account. The deposit arrives within a few minutes, and you'll see a notification in the barudak4d app confirming the credit. Virtual accounts remain active so you can reuse the same number for future deposits—no need to generate a new one each time.
Account Verification and KYC
Before you can withdraw winnings, we ask you to verify your identity. This process, called KYC (know your customer), is a standard anti-fraud measure in the gaming industry. When you attempt your first withdrawal, the app prompts you to upload two documents: a government ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address. The app has a built-in document scanner—just open your camera and capture clear images of both sides of your ID.
Once submitted, our verification team reviews your documents. In most cases, this takes between one and two hours, though Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and other public holidays may extend the window.
